Katrin Charlton is a seasoned ICF Executive Coach with 15 years of experience in banking and investment, including roles at Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments. Until last year, she served as an Associate Board Member for the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Driven by her desire to align her core values with her career, Katrin transitioned into coaching and training. Her extensive business background, coaching expertise, and life experiences form the foundation of her coaching practice. Katrin partners with clients, including executives and teams, to empower them in both professional and personal growth, using diverse coaching models, tools, assessments, and insights from neuroscience.
Katrin’s clients appreciate her as a great listener with a supportive and holistic coaching style, along with a sense of humor. She has collaborated with over 150 executives from large organizations, including FTSE 100 and 500 companies, as well as smaller firms and startups, on a global scale.
Her multicultural background, born in Germany and living in three countries before settling in the UK, enriches her ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Outside of work, Katrin is a mother of two boys living in the South of England, enjoying activities like swimming, running, outdoor adventures, travel, and reading. Meditation is a daily practice for her well-being.
Katrin holds a Masters in International Business Administration, a Diploma in Professional Coaching, and certifications as a Team and Wellbeing Coach, a “Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Certificate” holder. She is also pursuing a Neurotransformational Coach certification and is certified in Hogan and PrinciplesYou Motivational Map. Katrin is fluent in English, German, and conversational in French.
